1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website pandaedits.com, its subdomains, and the PDF editor that runs on them (together, "the Service"). The Service is provided by Pandaedits ("we", "us").
2. Your documents stay yours
The Service opens, edits and saves your PDF inside your own browser. Your documents are not uploaded to us, and we do not receive, store or read them.
You keep every right you have in your documents. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to open and change the documents you edit.
3. Free to use
The Service is free to use today, with no account. We may add paid features or plans in the future. If we do, their prices and terms will be shown to you before you pay, and nothing already free will be charged for without notice.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time.
4. Our software
The Service, including its editor, program code, design, text, name and logo, belongs to Pandaedits and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it through pandaedits.com and its subdomains. You may not:
- copy, mirror, re-host or serve the Service or its files from any other website, server or domain;
- sell, rent, redistribute or offer the Service, or a copy of it, to anyone else;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Service, or remove or work around the protection that limits it to pandaedits.com, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
- use the Pandaedits name or logo for another product or service.
5. Open-source components
Parts of the Service are open-source software, used under their own licences. Those licences apply to those parts, and nothing in these terms limits the rights they give you.
6. Using the Service fairly
Do not use the Service to break the law or anyone else's rights, including to forge or fraudulently alter documents, or to interfere with the Service or the people who use it.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. Always keep a copy of your original document and check an edited PDF before you rely on it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, documents, profit or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated terms apply.
