A question about the editor, a problem with a document, a licensing or press enquiry — write below and we will reply by email. Most messages get an answer within a few days.

Before you write

Never attach or paste a confidential document. The editor works on your device and we never receive your files — a contact message is ordinary email, and it is not the place for one.

If a PDF will not open, or a tool refuses it, tell us what the editor said, word for word. The sentence it shows names what it found, and it is usually enough to find the cause.
